Claims on behalf of another person, business or company will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. If you have purchased qualifying products on behalf of your company in order to receive a winning scratch card, then it is at your company’s discretion as to whether you are able to claim the prize for the company or for yourself as an individual. Where You are entering on behalf of a company/entity, you have no right to claim any prize or a portion thereof; the Entrant in such a case is the company/entity and therefore said company/entity would be the recipient of any resulting prize.

Durable UK Ltd is offering a chance to win one of 1,380 prizes which include a £5 Costa Voucher, £10 Amazon Voucher, Experience Day Voucher, and Playstation 5 when making a purchase of Durable products.

The scratch card prize draw will run from 1 October 2023 until 31 December 2023. Scratch cards will be sent with valid purchases within this timeframe. Prizes can be claimed up until and including 29 February 2024. Please claim your prize by completing the form on this webpage. 

All claims must include a valid card serial number, which can be found on the scratch card, for verification purposes and a valid email address where the prize will be issued. Multiple claims can be submitted by a single person. Durable accepts no responsibility for incorrectly entered card serial numbers or email addresses. 

Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize. 

Once a winner has claimed their prize, Durable UK Ltd will send the prize within 30 days of the verified claim. Durable UK Ltd do not take any responsibility for prizes lost, damaged or broken in transit to the winner. 

Durable UK Ltd does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind, claims that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. 

All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash or other alternative is available, but in the event of unforeseen circumstances, Durable UK Ltd reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. 

Durable UK Ltd's decision regarding any part of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 

All copyright included in claims is the property of Durable UK Ltd. Durable UK Ltd reserves the right to feature the first name and county of residence of the winner in future competitions or promotions.

Durable UK Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue this competition, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). 

Durable UK Ltd reserves the right to discount any inappropriate or offensive claims and to disqualify any claims if the Promoters, at their sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the promotion.
