DURABLE - The Style of Success

Durable has announced the appointment of Sean Starkey to the position of Managing Director, Durable (UK) Ltd, effective January 2008. His current position is Sales Director, Snopake Limited.

The recruitment of the new managing director follows the decision that John Dale, the current Managing Director, will concentrate his efforts on his corporate role of Senior VP, International Operations. Starkey spent several years with Spicers and then worked for a number of leading manufacturers, including Acco, Fellows and GBC.

"Sean brings with him a wealth of relevant experience of the office products industry. More importantly, he shares the same values and perspective of what is needed to be a success in our industry today. He is very well positioned to take our UK company to new levels. For myself, I will miss the day to day involvement in the UK company and market place, but will still be responsible for both in my International Operations role," says John Dale.
