COMPUTER CLEANING WEEK ONLINE RESOURCES LAUNCHED

Durable UK has announced that Computer Cleaning Week is back for a second run from 17-22 September 2007.

To support the build up to the event the new and enhanced Computer Cleaning Week website - www.computercleaningweek.com - has been launched with the intention of providing useful and practical advice about keeping the workspace clean.

The website which features a countdown clock to the big week contains informative downloads available in the Reseller section to help resellers and distributors actively promote and gain sales on Durable Computer Cleaning products from customers. In this section resellers and distributors can download direct mail promotions, animated web banners to support the sample card campaign, customer communications to launch the big week and logos. Consumers can register online to receive a free Computer Cleaning Week pack, which includes health and hygiene information, a 'How to Clean Guide', posters and stickers plus goodies such as pens and coasters.

There are also two competitions for employees to enter which could see them receiving a Departmental Workstation and Hygiene kit for their office.

Stewart Anderson, VP of Marketing at Durable UK said: "The popular website received over 50,000 hits during last year's campaign and was a huge success. We have continued to see a positive interest in this vital campaign with a further 40,000 hits from October to May 2007." He added: "Computer Cleaning Week is designed to raise awareness on the potential harmful effects of dirty computer equipment but also to offer our customers creative marketing support. The website allows resellers and distributors quick and easy access to all the resources available to help make their customer's offices and homes clean and free from potentially harmful dirt, germs and bacteria."
