DURABLE Acquires ATLANTA
October 2010
DURABLE is delighted to announce the acquisition of the "office furniture and environment" business sector of ATLANTA, on October 22nd, 2010. DURABLE has acquired the office furniture & environment category of trolleys, workstations, bins and key cabinets, together with the production facilities in Coevorden in the Netherlands.
Appropriate Atlanta ranges and products are being integrated into the existing DURABLE range and will be shipped via the distribution centre in Iserlohn. Production is planned to restart shortly, with full integration into the Durable range following thereafter. The ATLANTA brand will not be continued by DURABLE, after sale of existing stock the products will be re-named and re-branded as DURABLE.
