This clever feature allows you to classify documents according to basic symbols, e.g. red for "important" or "deadlines", an exclamation mark for "urgent!" or "awaiting information" green for the "release/approval" of a project, and a question mark for "this needs to be discussed". The blank field could communicate a name if the folder is to be transferred to various departments or contacts, as appropriate.
The folder provides safe storage for documents up to A4 format, pocket for CD's and business cards as well as a removable, PC-printable cover sheet and design sheet which is available for download.
