TELINDEX® card and rotary files are the simple and professional way to keep track of names, addresses and telephone numbers. Here you can download a program that enables contact and address details held in standard database systems to be imported into the software. Cards can then be professionaly printed for use in the TELINDEX® flip (No. 2416) and TELINDEX® desk (No. 2412) units.

The program is to a large extent self-explanatory; the multilingual CD (contains the program in German, English, French and Spanish) has a simple template for the TELINDEX® cards. The help file answers any questions and details how to import of your address data from common database systems such as Ms Outlook, Ms Excel, ACCESS or Palm.

All character fonts available on your system can be used within the program and images, geometric shapes and colours are easily added to enhance the appearence of your address cards.
